Welcome to Knight Manager
Knight Manager is an audio-based role-playing game designed exclusively for Amazon Alexa. Step into a medieval world where you train your knight, battle other players, hunt orcs in the Dark Forest, tame dragons, and rise through the ranks to become the most feared warrior in the realm. Everything is controlled entirely through voice commands.
What is Knight Manager?
Knight Manager is a full-featured RPG that lives on your Alexa-enabled device. There are no screens to stare at and no buttons to press — you speak your commands, and Alexa narrates your adventure. Train your combat and hunting attributes, forge equipment at the blacksmith, compete against other players in the arena, explore dungeons with your allies, and uncover the secrets of Dragon's Rock.
Playing on Echo Devices vs. the Alexa App
Knight Manager is best experienced on an Amazon Echo device (Echo, Echo Dot, Echo Show, etc.). While you can also play through the Alexa App on your phone or tablet, there are some limitations to be aware of:
- In-Skill Purchases — Buying diamonds and other premium items is only available on Echo devices, not through the Alexa App.
- Dark Forest & Auto-Battle — Some extended features like the Dark Forest hunting and Auto-Battle may behave differently or have limited functionality on the App.
For the best experience, we recommend using an Echo device whenever possible.
Website & Community
Visit the official website at knight-manager.com to view your knight's profile, check the leaderboard, and manage your account. You can also join the vibrant Discord Community where experienced players share tips, form dungeon groups, and discuss strategy. The Discord link is available on the website.
You can skip any output by simply speaking your next command while Alexa is still talking. If you missed something, just say Repeat to hear the last response again.
Getting Started
Your journey begins with a single command. In just a few moments you will have your very own knight, ready to explore the realm and make a name for themselves.
Create a Knight
To begin your adventure, simply say:
Alexa, open Knight Manager
If this is your first time, you will be greeted by the narrator and asked to choose a name for your knight. Choose wisely — this is the name other players will see on the leaderboard and in battle logs. Once you have confirmed your name, your knight is created and you are ready to explore.
If you deactivate the Knight Manager skill and then re-enable it, a brand new knight will be created. Your previous knight cannot be recovered unless your Amazon account was linked beforehand. Always link your account to protect your progress!
Link Your Amazon Account
Linking your Amazon account to Knight Manager is one of the most important things you can do early on. It provides three key benefits:
- Daily Reward: You receive 10 diamonds per day simply for having your account linked.
- Website Profile: Access your knight's profile, stats, and the full leaderboard on knight-manager.com.
- Security Backup: Your knight is tied to your Amazon account, providing a layer of protection against accidental data loss.
How to Link Your Account
- Open the Alexa App on your phone or tablet.
- Navigate to the Knight Manager Skill page.
- Tap Settings.
- Select Link Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Link your account as early as possible. The daily 10-diamond bonus adds up quickly and gives you a significant head start when purchasing abilities and bonuses from the shop.
Fundamentals
Understanding your knight's attributes is the foundation of every decision you make in Knight Manager. From choosing which stats to level up to selecting the right combat abilities, everything revolves around these core values.
Combat Attributes
Your combat attributes determine how well you perform in arena battles and tower fights. You can check them at any time by saying My Knight or My Combat Attributes.
| Attribute | Effect |
|---|---|
| Hit Points (HP) | How much damage your knight can take before being defeated. The more HP you have, the longer you survive in battle. |
| Strength | Determines how much damage you deal with each attack. Higher strength means more devastating blows. |
| Defense | Reduces the incoming damage from your opponent's attacks. A solid defense can make even strong opponents struggle to hurt you. |
| Luck | Increases your chance of landing a successful hit on your opponent. Luck also contributes bonus damage to your attacks. |
| Speed | Improves your dodge chance and grants a higher chance of striking first each round. Speed also contributes bonus damage alongside Luck. |
A well-balanced knight is generally stronger than one who invests everything into a single attribute. Keep your attributes roughly even, but feel free to lean slightly toward your preferred play style. Remember that Luck and Speed together provide bonus damage, making them even more valuable than they might appear at first glance.
Hunting Attributes
Hunting attributes affect your performance in the Dark Forest. Check them with My Hunt.
| Attribute | Effect |
|---|---|
| Penetration | Determines how much damage your arrows deal to orcs during hunts. |
| Accuracy | Increases your chance of successfully hitting your target when firing arrows. |
| Tracking | Improves how frequently you encounter opponents while exploring the forest. |
In addition to these base attributes, there are Special Abilities for hunting (available at the Hunting Lodge) and Bonus Attributes for hunting that further enhance your forest performance. These are covered in detail in the Combat Abilities & Shop and Dark Forest sections.
Combat Class
Every knight holds a Combat Class that provides a unique passive bonus. There are 14 classes in total, and your class is evaluated every Wednesday at 12:00 noon based on your activity and performance. Classes are dynamic — you can be promoted, but you can also be demoted if your activity drops.
| Class | Rank | Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Private | 1 | Earn more XP from adventures |
| Footman | 2 | Adventures cost less energy |
| Mercenary | 3 | +5% Speed |
| Sergeant | 4 | +5% Luck |
| Ensign | 5 | 10% discount at the Blacksmith |
| Lieutenant | 6 | Earn more honor points from battles |
| Captain | 7 | +5% Defense |
| Wrath Bringer | 8 | +10% combat XP |
| Champion | 9 | +5% Strength |
| Field Commander | 10 | Receive more diamonds from King's Gifts |
| Storm Rider | 11 | +10% gold from servants |
| Warlord | 12 | Unlocks the epic ability Arrow Shot |
| War Prince | 13 | Unlocks the epic ability Life Drain |
| Supreme War Prince | 14 | Unlocks the epic ability Curse of Agony |
Combat Classes are not permanent. If your activity drops, you will be demoted to a lower class. It is strongly recommended to maintain an Activity Rank of 5 or higher to keep your current class and its benefits.
Activity Rank
Your Activity Rank reflects how active you are compared to all other knights in the realm. It is not based on a fixed threshold — instead, it measures your relative participation. The more consistently you play, train, and engage with the world, the higher you climb.
There are 14 tiers of Activity Rank, ranging from the lowest rungs (for those who have only recently pledged their sword) all the way up to the most prestigious titles reserved for the realm's most dedicated warriors. Your position is determined by percentile: if you are more active than most players, you will hold a higher rank, even if your overall level is modest.
Activity Rank is not merely a badge of honour. It has tangible effects on your journey. Your rank influences your Combat Class, meaning that dedicated knights may find themselves matched more favourably in battle. Certain rewards and bonuses are also tied to your activity standing, giving active players a meaningful edge.
Rankings are updated regularly, so a brief absence will not immediately cost you your hard-earned position — but prolonged inactivity will cause you to slip as other knights surpass you.
To check where you stand, simply say My Activity at any time.
Other Important Values
Beyond your attributes and class, there are several other values that define your knight's progress and resources.
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| Level | Each level grants skill points that provide +10 to an attribute of your choice and +20 HP. The higher your level, the stronger your knight becomes. |
| Hunt Level | Your hunting rank, which increases as you defeat orcs in the Dark Forest. Higher hunt levels unlock tougher (and more rewarding) enemies. |
| Honor | Earned through arena victories. Honor determines your position on the leaderboard and contributes to your combat class evaluation. |
| Gold | The primary currency, earned from adventures, battles, and servants. Used for blacksmith upgrades and other purchases. |
| Servants | Your workforce. Servants generate gold per hour automatically. The more servants you have, the faster your gold reserves grow. |
| Arrow Makers | Craftsmen who produce arrows per hour for use in the Dark Forest. A steady supply of arrows is essential for hunting. |
| Energy | Required for adventures, battles, and tower fights. Energy regenerates hourly up to your maximum. You can also purchase additional energy with diamonds. |
| Diamonds | The premium currency. Diamonds can be found during gameplay or purchased. Used in the shop for abilities, bonuses, and various unlocks. |
| Player Number | Your unique identifier. Other players can search for you by name or by your player number. |
Serfs & Gold Production
Your serfs are the backbone of your economy. Once recruited, they toil automatically, producing gold for your treasury every hour without any action required on your part. Even while you are away from the realm, your serfs continue their labour.
The amount of gold your serfs generate depends on two factors: their number and their level. Higher-level serfs are more skilled and efficient, producing noticeably more gold per hour than their lower-level counterparts. Investing in serf upgrades pays dividends over time.
However, your castle can only house so many workers. The Shelter sets the maximum number of serfs you can employ. To expand your workforce, visit the Blacksmith and upgrade your Shelter — each improvement raises the capacity, allowing you to recruit additional serfs.
Certain bonuses and items can further increase your gold production, making each serf even more productive. Keep an eye out for equipment and effects that boost your economy.
Invest early in your Shelter to house more serfs. A strong economy in the early game gives you the gold you need to train, equip, and upgrade faster than your rivals.
Seasons & Leaderboard
Knight Manager operates on a seasonal cycle. Each season lasts approximately 6 months — from March 1 to September 1 and from September 1 to March 1 — during which all knights compete for honor and the top spots on the leaderboard.
Divisions
Based on your honor ranking, you are placed into one of four divisions:
| Division | Rank Range |
|---|---|
| Division A | Top 50 |
| Division B | Rank 51 – 150 |
| Division C | Rank 151 – 300 |
| Division D | Rank 301 and below |
To check the current standings, say Leaderboard or Top 10.
Beginner Leaderboard
New knights start on the Beginner Leaderboard, which features its own separate divisions. Beginners are protected from regular players — you will only face other newcomers in battles. After your first season ends, you move to the regular leaderboard and compete alongside all other knights.
Use your beginner season wisely. Focus on leveling up, unlocking abilities, and building a strong foundation before you face the full competition in the regular leaderboard.
Combat Rank Divisions
Beyond the seasonal leaderboard, every knight holds a Combat Rank that reflects their standing among the realm’s warriors. The division system comprises 14 tiers, ranging from the humblest recruits to the most fearsome champions in the land. Your rank is evaluated on a weekly basis, so consistent effort is the key to climbing the ladder.
Each week, the kingdom’s heralds review every knight’s performance. Two primary factors determine whether you rise, hold steady, or fall:
- Activity: Knights who remain active — fighting orcs, completing quests, and participating in events — demonstrate their dedication and are rewarded with favourable evaluations.
- Combat Results: Your success in battle matters. Winning fights, dealing significant damage in events, and maintaining a strong win record all contribute to a positive assessment.
When you earn a promotion, a celebration announcement greets you with fanfare — the kingdom recognises your growing prowess. Should you suffer a demotion, a solemn warning is delivered, urging you to redouble your efforts before you slip further.
Beware of inactivity decay. Knights who neglect their duties for too long will see their rank gradually erode, regardless of past glory. The realm has no place for idle swords — only those who continue to prove themselves will hold their position.
You do not need to be the strongest knight to maintain a high rank — consistent daily activity and steady combat performance will serve you well. Even a few minutes of hunting each day can prevent decay and keep your rank climbing.
Season Reset
When a season draws to a close, the kingdom undergoes a grand reset. This is a momentous event — the slate is wiped clean and every knight begins the new season on equal footing. Understanding what changes and what endures will help you prepare for the transition.
What Gets Reset
- All knights return to Level 1 with base statistics. Your hard-earned power is swept away, and the climb begins anew.
- Gold reserves are emptied. Every coin you have saved is lost when the new season dawns.
- Servants are dismissed. Your loyal helpers depart, and you must recruit fresh ones in the new season.
- Equipment is reset. Weapons, armour, and accessories return to their starting state.
- Pets reset to their base values. However, rare companions that you have acquired will survive the transition and remain at your side.
- Order points and upgrades are reset. Your knightly order starts fresh, though the order itself endures.
What Carries Over
- Lifetime statistics are preserved forever. Your total orc kills, battles fought, and other historical records remain as a testament to your legacy.
- Certain special items designated as season-blocking items survive the reset. These treasured possessions carry forward into the new season.
- Rare companions persist through the reset, staying with their knight as faithful allies in the seasons to come.
Season Winners
The top knights on the leaderboard at the end of a season receive medals and a prestigious King’s Letter commemorating their achievement. These honours are displayed permanently and serve as proof of your dominance in that season.
The season reset is final — use your resources before it happens! Spend your gold, consume your potions, and make the most of your current power. Once the new season begins, there is no way to recover what was lost.
Adventures
Adventures are the heart of Knight Manager's story. Follow your knight through an epic narrative filled with encounters, battles against fearsome NPCs, and generous rewards.
A new adventure becomes available every day at 12:00 noon, provided you have completed your current one. To embark on an adventure, simply say:
Adventure
Each adventure costs 5 energy (reduced to just 2 energy if you hold the Footman combat class). You will experience a piece of the ongoing story and then face an NPC opponent in battle.
Rewards
Completing adventures earns you a variety of rewards, including:
- Gold — for the royal treasury
- Diamonds — occasionally found as adventure bonuses
- Servants — new workers to boost your gold income
- Experience Points (XP) — to level up your knight
If you fail an adventure, do not worry — you can retry as many times as needed. There are 100 adventures in total that form the complete story arc.
Prestige Mode
Once you have completed all 100 adventures, the story does not end. You enter Prestige Mode, where the story restarts from the beginning with increased difficulty. Enemies become stronger, but rewards are also approximately 20% higher than the previous cycle. This allows veteran knights to continue earning meaningful rewards from adventures.
Adventures are a reliable source of daily income. Make sure to complete your adventure each day before noon so a new one becomes available. Even if you are powerful enough to win easily, the gold and XP still add up over time.
Combat
The arena is where true champions are forged. Battle other players to earn honor, climb the leaderboard, and prove that your knight is the strongest in the realm.
To challenge another player, say:
Battle
Each battle costs 5 energy. You will be matched against another knight and fight over 4 rounds. Each round, both knights attack and defend based on their attributes, abilities, and a bit of luck.
How Battles Are Decided
A battle ends early if either knight's HP reaches zero. If both knights are still standing after 4 rounds, the winner is determined by comparing their remaining HP as a percentage of their maximum. The knight with the higher percentage HP remaining wins.
Rewards & Consequences
- Victory: You earn honor points and experience points.
- Defeat: You lose some honor points, but you always earn at least some XP for the effort.
- Servant Theft: When you are attacked and lose, the attacker may steal some of your unprotected servants.
King's Gifts
After winning a battle, you have a chance to receive a King's Gift. These can include:
- Diamonds — a generous bonus from the royal coffers
- Free Tickets — allowing you to battle without spending energy
- Province Coins — used for special order-related activities
Battle Modes
Normal Battle
Say Battle to enter a normal battle. You will face an opponent within 10 ranks of your current position (above or below). This is the standard way to compete and climb the leaderboard.
Random Battle
In Random Battle mode, your opponent can be up to 100 ranks away from your current position. This mode offers more variety and can sometimes match you against stronger or weaker opponents.
Quick Battle
Say Quick Battle for a faster experience. In Quick Battle mode, the round-by-round narration is skipped and only the final result is announced. Perfect for when you want to grind battles efficiently.
Auto Battle
Once you reach Level 100, you unlock the ability to use Auto Battle. This powerful feature lets your knight fight automatically until your energy is depleted. Sit back and let your knight handle the work while you listen to the results.
Auto Battle may have limited functionality when using the Alexa App instead of an Echo device. For the best experience, use Auto Battle on a physical Echo device.
Combat Abilities & Shop
The Shop is your gateway to powerful combat abilities and stat-boosting bonuses. Spend your hard-earned diamonds here to give your knight the edge in battle.
How the Shop Works
The shop uses diamonds as currency and its inventory changes daily at 12:00 noon. You can visit the shop by saying To the Shop.
- You may purchase a maximum of 1 ability per day.
- You may purchase a maximum of 15 bonuses per day.
- You can have 3 combat abilities active at the same time.
- Each ability has 3 tiers — upgrading to a higher tier makes it more powerful.
To change your active abilities, say Change Combat Abilities or Change Abilities.
Combat Abilities
Each ability triggers with a certain chance during battle. When it activates, it can turn the tide of an entire fight.
| Ability | Effect (Tier 1 / 2 / 3) | Chance |
|---|---|---|
| Magic Shield | Reduces incoming damage to 1/2, 1/3, or 1/4 | 15% |
| Headbutt | Deals damage and reduces opponent's hit chance by 20% / 40% / 60% | 20% |
| Fireball | Deals 2.2x / 2.8x / 3.4x damage | 15% |
| Bandage | Heals 20% / 40% / 60% of your maximum HP | 20% |
| Pierce | A rare but devastating instant kill | 5% |
| Trap | Injures your opponent and guarantees you strike first next round | 25% |
| Blade Whirl | Strikes multiple times: 2x / 3x / 4x hits in one round | 10% |
| Arrow Shot | Deals 1.8x / 2.2x damage; Tier 3 adds a headshot effect. Requires Class 12+ | 15% |
| Life Drain | Deals 1.6x / 2.0x / 2.4x damage and heals you for the same amount. Requires Class 13+ | 10% |
| Curse of Agony | Inflicts 1.1x / 1.3x / 1.6x ongoing damage each subsequent round. Requires Class 14+ | 10% |
The three epic abilities (Arrow Shot, Life Drain, and Curse of Agony) are extremely powerful, but they require you to maintain a high combat class. Focus on staying active to keep your class rank and retain access to these abilities.
Bonus Attributes
Bonus attributes are permanent upgrades that enhance your knight's stats. Unlike abilities, they are always active and do not take up ability slots.
| Bonus | Effect | Max Purchases |
|---|---|---|
| Balanced Diet | +1 energy regeneration per hour | 75 |
| Featherbed | +10 maximum energy | Unlimited |
| Learnability | +2% experience points earned | 25 |
| Chains | +20 servants protected from theft | Unlimited |
| Sharpened Blades | +50 Strength | Unlimited |
| Rock Solid | +50 Defense | Unlimited |
| Four-Leaf Clover | +50 Luck | Unlimited |
| Assassin's Reflexes | +50 Speed | Unlimited |
| Toughness | +50 Hit Points | Unlimited |
| Deadly Precision | +100 critical hit damage | Unlimited |
Early on, investing in Balanced Diet (more energy per hour) and Featherbed (higher energy cap) provides the most long-term value. More energy means more battles, more adventures, and faster progression.
Blacksmith
The Blacksmith is where you upgrade your equipment using gold. Each upgrade makes your knight permanently stronger, so visit often and keep your gear in top shape.
To visit the Blacksmith, say:
Blacksmith
Available Upgrades
| Upgrade | Effect per Level | Currency |
|---|---|---|
| Sword | +1% base Strength | Gold |
| Armor | +1% base Defense | Gold |
| Quarters | +125 servant capacity | Gold |
Each upgrade has a wait time before it completes, up to a maximum of 12 hours. If you are impatient, you can spend diamonds (up to 50) to instantly complete the upgrade.
As you upgrade to higher levels, the gold cost increases. Plan your spending carefully — it is often wise to upgrade all three areas evenly rather than focusing on just one.
Knights with the Ensign combat class (Rank 5) receive a 10% discount on all blacksmith upgrades. If you are planning a big upgrade session, try to reach Ensign rank first to save a significant amount of gold.
Dark Forest
The Dark Forest is a vast hunting ground available from Level 5. Here you hunt orcs with arrows, collect valuable items, and compete on the hunting leaderboard. Enter the forest by saying Dark Forest.
How Hunting Works
Once inside the forest, your knight automatically hunts for orcs. Arrows are your ammunition — each shot consumes an arrow, and your arrow makers produce new ones over time. Your hunting attributes (Penetration, Accuracy, and Tracking) determine how effectively you hunt.
Orc Types
Different orc types appear based on your hunt level. As you gain hunting experience and your hunt level increases, you will encounter tougher but more rewarding enemies.
| Orc Type | Hunt Level Required |
|---|---|
| Scout | 1 |
| Grunter | 5 |
| Warrior | 10 |
| ... and many more | progressively higher |
| Knife Swinger | 1,800 |
Hunting rewards include gold, experience points, and a place on the Hunting Leaderboard. You may also find useful items such as apples, mushrooms, and berries while exploring the forest.
The Orc Captain
The Orc Captain is the central creature of the Dark Forest. The forest is only open for hunting while the Orc Captain is alive. All hunters share the same Orc Captain — it is a community target.
- The Orc Captain has a bounty in diamonds that increases daily at midnight.
- Defeating the Orc Captain rewards a blueprint for the Wolf Cloak.
- Only arrows can damage the Orc Captain.
HP in the Forest
Beware: orcs fight back! Your knight can take damage while hunting. If your HP drops too low, you may need to heal before continuing. There are several ways to recover:
- Mushrooms and fried mushrooms — heal your knight when consumed.
- Other knights — fellow hunters in the forest can heal you.
- Tag team partner — your tag team companion can provide healing support.
Night Hunting (9 PM – 6 AM)
When darkness falls, the forest becomes more dangerous. Between 9 PM and 6 AM, special nocturnal orc types emerge that are not seen during the day:
| Orc Type | Hunt Level Required |
|---|---|
| Warlock | 200 |
| Hellhound | 800 |
| Zombie | 1,000 |
Forest Plague
Occasionally, a Forest Plague sweeps through the woodland, causing a specific orc type to multiply and spread in alarming numbers. When a plague strikes, you will encounter the affected orc type far more frequently than usual — a perfect opportunity for focused and intensive hunting. A distinctive plague sound effect will alert you the moment you enter an afflicted area.
Plagues come in three severity tiers, each targeting knights of different standing:
- Green Zone — Available to knights of Level 5 and above. A mild infestation that offers newer adventurers a chance to hunt a particular orc type in greater numbers.
- Yellow Zone — Available to knights of Level 50 and above. A more serious outbreak with tougher orcs and better loot potential.
- Red Zone — Available to knights of Level 100 and above. A devastating surge of the most dangerous orc variants, reserved for the kingdom’s most seasoned warriors.
Each plague is temporary — the infestation subsides after a certain number of encounters across the kingdom, so act swiftly before the opportunity passes.
Use plagues strategically to hunt specific orc types more intensively. If you need particular drops or are working toward a hunting milestone, a plague is the ideal time to focus your efforts.
Wolf Hunt
Wolves are elusive and dangerous predators that roam the Dark Forest. To hunt them, you need Wolf Bait. Wolves are hard to hit, but a successful hunt rewards you with a Wolf Pelt — a valuable material used in crafting and dragon breeding.
Hunting Tournaments
Hunting Tournaments are timed competitive events in the Dark Forest. They are announced 10 minutes before they begin and last for 30 minutes. To join, say:
Hunting Tournament
Entering a tournament requires a diamond entry fee. The top 3 hunters split the prize pool:
- 1st Place: 50% of the prize pool
- 2nd Place: 40% of the prize pool
- 3rd Place: 10% of the prize pool
On Mondays, hunting tournaments run every hour, giving you many more chances to compete and win. Plan your hunting sessions accordingly!
Black Tower
The Black Tower is a towering gauntlet of NPC enemies, available from Level 10. Ascend through its floors, defeat increasingly powerful foes, and claim the treasures that await those brave enough to climb. Say Black Tower to enter.
How the Tower Works
The tower is structured as a series of floors. Each floor contains an NPC enemy you must defeat to advance. Every 10th floor features a powerful boss that is significantly harder than regular enemies.
- Each tower fight costs 5 energy.
- Rewards include XP, servants, gold, and diamonds.
- From floor 200 onward, the Pierce ability's instant kill and Arrow Shot's headshot effect are disabled on bosses, making them genuine tests of strength.
Boss Floors
Every ten floors, the Black Tower presents a far greater challenge: a Boss Floor. These are not ordinary encounters. The guardians that await you on floors 10, 20, 30, and beyond are significantly tougher than anything you have faced on the floors between them. They hit harder, endure more punishment, and demand that you bring your finest equipment and sharpest strategy.
The rewards, however, match the danger. Defeating a boss grants considerably more experience and gold than a standard floor, and bosses have a greater chance of dropping rare and valuable items. The higher the boss floor, the more generous the spoils — those who push deeper into the Tower are rewarded handsomely for their courage.
Do not underestimate a boss simply because you cleared the previous nine floors with ease. The leap in difficulty at each boss stage is substantial. If you find yourself struggling, consider retreating to gather stronger gear, level up your knight, or refine your approach before attempting the fight again.
Before challenging a Boss Floor, make sure your equipment is in top shape and your supplies are stocked. A well-prepared knight turns a fearsome boss into a worthy adversary rather than an impossible obstacle.
Attack on the Kingdom — Azrael
Azrael is a fearsome entity that periodically threatens the entire kingdom. This is a server-wide event that all knights can participate in.
How the Event Unfolds
- The tower status begins updating at 2 PM.
- From the second status update onward, you can fight Azrael directly.
- Usually, Azrael launches a full attack on the kingdom after approximately 2 weeks of buildup.
- Once Azrael attacks, all knights can join the fight.
- The community has 24 hours to defeat Azrael.
Rewards
- The knight who lands the final blow receives the legendary Thundersword and unlocks the Thunderstrike ability.
- All other participating knights receive 300 diamonds as a reward.
If the community fails to defeat Azrael within 24 hours, the King is kidnapped and no one receives King's Gifts until the King is rescued. Rally your fellow knights and fight together!
Dungeons
Dungeons are group-based challenges where you team up with other knights to take on powerful bosses. Cooperation and strategy are key to conquering these perilous underground lairs.
The Strategy Chamber
All dungeon activities begin at the Strategy Chamber, where you can form or join groups. Gather your allies before venturing into the darkness.
Dungeon Features
- Multiple dungeons are available, each with unique bosses and challenges.
- Dungeons come in three difficulty levels:
- Normal — a good starting point for new groups
- Heroic — significantly harder enemies with better rewards
- Legendary — the ultimate challenge for the strongest knights
- Form your group, choose your dungeon, and fight together to defeat the boss.
- First kills are permanently recorded on the dungeon leaderboard, immortalizing your group's achievement.
Communication is essential for dungeon success. Use the Discord community to coordinate with other players, plan your group composition, and strategize before tackling higher difficulty levels.
Party System
Dungeons are conquered as a team. The Party System lets you form a group of up to 5 players to take on even the most fearsome bosses together. Coordination and preparation are the keys to victory.
Creating and Managing a Group
Any knight can become a Party Leader by saying Create Group in the Strategy Chamber. The leader is responsible for managing the party:
- Inviting Players: Say Invite Player to recruit another knight. Invited players receive a notification and can accept or decline the invitation.
- Group Size: A party can have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 members.
- Leaving a Group: Any member can say Leave Group to exit the party. The leader can also kick members from the group.
Ready-Up and Difficulty Selection
Before the dungeon run can begin, all party members must confirm their readiness. The dungeon will not start until everyone has confirmed. The party leader selects the difficulty — Normal, Heroic, or Legendary — once all members are ready.
Party Chat
While in a group, members have access to a Party Chat channel for real-time coordination. Use it to discuss strategy and keep morale high.
Heartbeat and Inactivity
The party system uses heartbeat tracking to monitor player activity. If a party member becomes inactive, they are automatically removed from the group after a timeout period, preventing groups from being stuck waiting for disconnected players.
The easiest way to find reliable dungeon partners is through the Discord community. Many experienced players coordinate their dungeon runs there, especially for Heroic or Legendary difficulties.
Orders
From Level 50, your knight is automatically assigned to one of three prestigious Orders. Orders are large-scale factions that compete against each other throughout the season.
The Three Orders
- Lazarus Order
- Meridian Order
- Order of the Merciful
You earn Order Points through arena battles and orc hunting. The maximum number of points you can earn per day is equal to your current level. Check your order status with My Order and your points with My Order Points.
Special Achievements
Certain major accomplishments award bonus order points to your faction:
| Achievement | Points Awarded |
|---|---|
| Defeating the Orc Captain | 50,000 |
| Slaying the Dragon | 100,000 |
| Defeating Azrael | 250,000 |
| Knight Games — 1st Place | 100 |
| Knight Games — 2nd Place | 50 |
| Knight Games — 3rd Place | 25 |
Order Hall
Each order has an Order Hall with three upgradeable facilities that benefit all members of the order. Say Order Hall to visit.
| Facility | Effect per Level | Cost | Max Level |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shrine of Luck | +1% Luck for all order members | Gold | — |
| Monument of Haste | +1% Speed for all order members | Gold | — |
| Academy | +1% arrow maker chance for all order members | Servants | 50 |
Contributing to your Order Hall is one of the best investments you can make. The bonuses apply to every member of your order, so the more everyone contributes, the stronger the entire faction becomes.
Season Transition
When a season ends (March 1 or September 1), most progress resets. However, certain valuable assets carry over:
What You Keep
- Free Tickets — any unused free battle tickets
- Diamonds — your diamond balance remains intact
- Combat Abilities — your purchased abilities carry over
- Combat Bonuses — your bonuses are preserved, but they need to be re-unlocked using skill points (3 bonuses per skill point)
Most other progress (level, attributes, honor, gold, servants, etc.) resets at the start of a new season. Invest your diamonds wisely in permanent bonuses before the season ends, as those are the assets that give you a head start in the next chapter.
Dragon's Rock
Dragon's Rock is a high-level area available from Level 80. Here you can lure dragons, battle them in their cave, hatch dragon eggs, and eventually ride your own dragon into the Dark Forest. Say Dragon's Rock to travel there.
Mountain Peak
The adventure begins at the Mountain Peak. To attract a dragon, you must place gold as bait. The dragon is drawn to the glittering treasure and will eventually appear. Say Mountain Peak to visit.
Dragon's Cave
Once a dragon has been lured and struck with thorium arrows, it retreats to its cave. To enter the cave, you need a Scale Shield — without it, the dragon's fire will incinerate you before you even step inside.
Slaying the Dragon
- The knight who slays the dragon earns a generous reward and receives a Dragon Saddle blueprint.
- A Dragon Egg may be found during the fight — a rare and precious treasure.
Dragon Breeding
Dragon Eggs can be obtained in several ways: from the Dragon's Cave, through trading with other players, or from treasure chests. Once you have an egg, the real work begins.
Hatching Process
- Say Dragon's Nest to visit your nest.
- Place your dragon egg in the nest.
- Add Wolf Pelts for warmth (you need at least 5 pelts).
- Wait 3 to 4 days for the egg to incubate.
- Once hatched, you must feed your dragon regularly to help it grow.
Your dragon can grow up to Level 10. The best food for your dragon is the Dragon Feast, which provides the most nourishment.
If you do not feed your dragon for 24 hours, it will fly away permanently. There is no way to get it back once it leaves. Set a reminder and feed your dragon every day without fail!
Dragon Riding
Once your dragon reaches Level 7, you can craft a Dragon Saddle and ride it into the Dark Forest. Flying on dragonback changes the hunting experience significantly:
Advantages of Dragon Riding
- Faster finding: You locate orcs much more quickly from the air.
- Multiple orcs: You can engage several orcs at once.
- Safe from dragon attacks: Other dragons in the forest cannot harm you while you are riding.
Disadvantages
- No item drops: You cannot find items (apples, mushrooms, etc.) while flying.
Dragon in Combat
Your dragon does not just help in the forest — it can also appear during arena battles. When your dragon intervenes, it deals additional damage ranging from 1.5x to 15x depending on its level. The higher your dragon's level, the more devastating its attacks become.
Raising a dragon is a significant investment of time and resources, but a Level 10 dragon is one of the most powerful assets in the game. The combat bonus alone can turn the tide of close battles, and dragon riding makes forest hunting far more efficient.
Tag Team
No knight has to face the dangers of the realm alone. The Tag Team system lets you partner with another knight for mutual support across combat, adventures, the Black Tower, and the Dark Forest. Say My Tag Team to check your current tag team status.
How It Works
To form a tag team, both knights must be online simultaneously. Use the player search to find a partner, then say Send a tag team request. The other player will be notified automatically and can accept or decline the invitation.
Tag teams can be dissolved and reformed freely — there is no penalty for changing partners. When you are teamed up, both knights benefit from each other's presence in battle and exploration.
The best way to find a reliable tag team partner is through the Discord community. Coordinate with fellow knights to ensure you are both online at the same time when forming your team.
Joust Tournament
Mount your steed and ready your lance — the Joust Tournament is the ultimate test of skill and nerve between two knights. This real-time PvP event runs roughly twice per season, lasting about a week each time. Say Joust Tournament to enter the lists.
How It Works
When you join the Joust Tournament, you are placed into a matchmaking queue. The system pairs you with an opponent whose combat strength is close to yours, ensuring a fair contest. Once matched, the joust begins immediately.
Each joust consists of multiple rounds. In every round, both knights choose an attack position — lance high, lance mid, or lance low. The interaction follows a rock-paper-scissors style: each position beats one other and loses to the third. Choose wisely and try to read your opponent's patterns.
A heartbeat system keeps both players in sync. If your opponent disconnects or fails to respond within the timeout window, they forfeit the match.
Make sure you have a stable connection before entering the joust queue. If you disconnect during a match, the heartbeat timeout will count it as a forfeit.
Rewards
Victorious jousters earn Lance Master Tokens, Order points, and weekly honor. The more matches you win, the higher you climb on the Joust Leaderboard, visible on the website.
Lance Master Tokens are a special currency exclusive to the Joust Tournament. Collect them over multiple events and exchange them for unique rewards.
Pay attention to your opponent's choices in earlier rounds. Many players fall into patterns without realizing it. Varying your own lance position unpredictably gives you the best chance of staying ahead.
Tavern
The Tavern is the social hub of your settlement — a place to grab a drink, boost your attributes with potions, and try your luck at cards. Say Tavern to enter. After your first visit, you can also jump directly to the Bar or say Play Cards.
Bar
Behind the counter stands Marcel, the seasoned barkeeper. Every day he offers up to 3 potions for sale, purchasable with gold. His selection refreshes each day at 12:00 noon. Marcel also pours a free beer for any thirsty knight, though it has no gameplay effect — just good hospitality.
Potions come in 30 quality levels, with higher levels granting stronger bonuses. You cannot stack two potions of the same type — each potion must be different. Once purchased, potions take effect immediately.
You can use a shortcut at the bar: simply say the attribute name (for example, Strength for a Battle Potion of Strength) instead of reading through the full list of available potions.
| Potion | Effect |
|---|---|
| Battle Potion of Strength | +1% total Strength per level |
| Potion of Resilience | +1% total Defense per level |
| Potion of Luck | +1% total Luck per level |
| Swiftness Potion | +1% total Speed per level |
| Master Healing Potion | +1% total HP per level |
| Potion of the Old War | +1% XP gain per level (does not apply to hunting) |
Playing Cards
Feeling lucky? Take a seat across from Rafael, the tavern’s resident card dealer, for a round of Blackjack. The rules follow the classic 21-point game: you are dealt cards and must decide whether to draw more or stand with what you have. Get as close to 21 as possible without going over — exceed 21 and you bust, losing your wager instantly.
Say Play Cards to sit down at the table and test your fortune.
Wagering & Payouts
You wager real gold from your purse. If you beat Rafael, you win double your bet back. Land a Natural Blackjack — an Ace paired with a ten-value card on your first two cards — and you receive an even higher payout. Rafael plays by a fixed set of house rules, so his behaviour is predictable once you learn his patterns.
Bonus Rewards
Victory at the card table can yield more than just gold. Winning hands carry a chance to earn silver arrows, a valuable resource for any knight. On particularly fortunate occasions, you may even stumble upon rare blueprints as lucky finds — the kind of treasures that cannot be obtained easily elsewhere.
Start with small wagers until you know the ropes. Learn when Rafael tends to bust, get a feel for the rhythm of the game, and only raise your stakes once you are comfortable with the odds.
Gambling can quickly drain your gold reserves. Only wager what you can afford to lose, especially if you are saving up for potions, equipment upgrades, or other important investments. A few unlucky hands can set your plans back considerably.
Arrow Workshop
Available from Level 15, the Arrow Workshop is where your serfs learn the art of crafting silver arrows under the guidance of Brigitte, the master fletcher. Say Arrow Workshop to visit.
Training Arrow Makers
Send your serfs to Brigitte and she will train them into skilled arrow makers. You need a minimum of 100 serfs per batch, and sending exactly 100 serfs at a time yields the best results.
Silver Arrow Production
Once trained, each arrow maker produces 1 silver arrow per hour, working tirelessly around the clock. There is no cap on how many arrow makers you can employ, so the more you train, the larger your arsenal grows.
Silver arrows produced by your arrow makers cannot be stolen by other players. This makes the Arrow Workshop a safe, long-term investment for building up your hunting supplies.
Hunting Lodge & Abilities
The Hunting Lodge is your one-stop shop for all things related to forest combat. Browse hunting abilities, pick up bonus attributes, and stock up on quivers of silver arrows. The lodge's offerings refresh daily at 12:00 noon. Say Hunting Lodge to enter.
Three categories of products are available: hunting abilities (paid with arrow makers), hunting bonus attributes (paid with arrow makers), and quivers of silver arrows (paid with diamonds). You may purchase one ability per day.
Hunting Abilities
You can have up to 3 hunting abilities active at a time. The first three abilities you acquire are activated automatically. If you want to swap abilities later, say Change Hunting Abilities to rearrange your loadout. Each ability can be upgraded through multiple levels for increasingly powerful effects.
| Ability | Effect (Tier 1 / 2 / 3) | Chance |
|---|---|---|
| Multi-Shot | Fire 2 / 3 / 4 arrows in a single volley | 10% |
| Aimed Shot | Deals 2x / 3x / 4x damage with a carefully placed arrow | 15% |
| Deadly Shot | A chance to instantly kill the target (2% / 4% / 6% kill rate) | 2% |
| Arrow Rain | Unleashes a volley of 10 / 20 / 30 arrows at once | 7% |
| Concentration | Increases all ability trigger chances by +5% / 10% / 15% | Passive |
| Ice Arrow | Freezes the Orc Captain in place for 1 / 2 / 3 hits | 15% |
| Eagle Eye | Instantly locate the next 2 / 3 / 4 orcs without searching | 5% |
| Lightning Strike | Calls down a bolt of magical lightning for bonus damage | 5% |
| Herbalism | Collect rare herbs while hunting (2% / 4% / 6% find rate) | 2% |
Hunting Bonus Attributes
Hunting bonus attributes are permanent upgrades that take effect immediately upon purchase. Unlike abilities, they do not occupy ability slots and are always active.
| Bonus | Effect | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Hardened Arrowhead | +5 Penetration | Unlimited |
| Optimized Fletching | +5 Accuracy | Unlimited |
| Improved Tracking | +5 Tracking | Unlimited |
| Enhanced Learning | +5% XP gain in the forest | Unlimited |
| Increased Bounty | +10 gold per orc killed | Unlimited |
Concentration is one of the most valuable hunting abilities because it boosts the trigger chance of all your other abilities. Consider picking it up early and upgrading it to maximize your effectiveness in the Dark Forest.
Mailbox
Your mailbox is where letters and gifts from other players and NPCs arrive. New mail is announced automatically when you have unread items, and the first item opens right away. Say Mailbox to check for messages at any time.
Sending Gifts
To send a gift to another knight, use the player search to find them, then say Send a gift. You can name the items you wish to send directly. Gifts take approximately 1 hour to be delivered by the courier. Your daily gift limit depends on your combat class — higher-ranked knights can send more gifts per day.
In a hurry? You can bribe the courier with 5 diamonds to deliver your gift in just 5 minutes instead of the usual hour.
Writing Letters
Use the player search to find a knight, then say Write a letter to compose your message. You can also reply directly to letters you have received. Letters between players who speak different languages are translated automatically, making it easy to communicate across borders.
Every letter you send passes through the hands of the Royal Scribe, a learned scholar stationed in the castle who translates your words into the recipient's language. Whether you dictate in English and your ally reads in German, or the other way around, the Scribe ensures your meaning arrives intact. This happens automatically — you simply speak your message, and the recipient reads it in their own tongue.
Even when both players speak the same language, the Royal Scribe reviews your letter for spelling and grammar, tidying up any rough edges before it is delivered. Think of it as having a personal proofreader at your service.
When dictating your letter, you can speak punctuation naturally. Saying "question mark", "exclamation mark", "comma", or "period" will automatically be converted into the proper symbols. No need to worry about how your spoken words appear on parchment — the Scribe handles the formatting for you.
The Royal Scribe also serves as a guardian of decorum. Letters containing inappropriate or offensive language are filtered before delivery. The court expects a certain standard of conduct, and the Scribe enforces it quietly behind the scenes.
Speak clearly and in complete sentences for the best translation quality. The Royal Scribe works best when your words are well-formed — short fragments or slang may lose their meaning on the journey.
If you prefer not to receive letters from other players, say Disable letters to turn off incoming mail.
Player Search
The realm is home to thousands of knights, and the Player Search is your way to find them. Whether you want to check out a rival's progress, send a gift to a friend, or invite someone to your tag team, it all starts here.
Searching by Name or Number
To find a knight by name, say Search for [Name]. You must provide at least 3 characters for the search to work. If multiple results are found, you can browse through them.
Every knight also has a unique player number. If you know it, say Search for Number [Number] to jump directly to that knight's profile.
Player Profile
When you view another knight's profile, you can see their level, sword and armor upgrades, shelter level, Black Tower floor, and honor. From the profile, several actions are available:
- Invite to Tag Team — send a tag team request
- Send a Gift — deliver items from your backpack
- Write a Letter — compose a personal message
Ignoring Players
If you no longer wish to receive letters from a specific knight, say Ignore Player while viewing their profile. Ignored players cannot send you letters. You can manage your ignore list on the website.
Searching by player number is faster and more reliable than searching by name, especially for knights with common or difficult-to-pronounce names.
Trading
Trading allows knights to exchange resources safely and fairly. Whether you need gold, serfs, arrows, or other goods, the trading system ensures both parties get a square deal.
Proposing a Trade
To propose a trade, use the player search to find the knight you wish to trade with, then say Propose a trade. Choose the item and quantity you are offering, followed by the item and quantity you want in return. The offered resources are deducted from your inventory immediately to guarantee the trade.
The other player has 6 hours to respond to your offer. You can have up to 5 trade offers open at the same time. If the other player does not respond within the time limit, your resources are returned automatically.
Marketplace
Say Marketplace to view your incoming trade offers. From here you can accept or decline each offer. Accepted trades are delivered in approximately 1 hour. Declined trades return the offered resources to the sender within 10 minutes.
If you accept a trade but do not have enough of the requested resource, the trade is automatically declined and the sender's resources are returned. Always check your inventory before accepting.
Combat Tournaments
Prove your worth in the arena! Combat Tournaments are fast-paced competitive events that run every hour and last 30 minutes. A herald announces the upcoming tournament 15 minutes before it begins. Say Combat Tournament to enter or check the standings.
How It Works
Entry costs a small number of diamonds. Once inside, you receive 25 energy-free fights against other tournament participants. Each tournament features a random discipline that determines the rules for that round.
Tournament Rules
- No serf stealing — victories do not take serfs from your opponent.
- No honor changes — your honor is unaffected by tournament results.
- No XP — tournament fights do not grant experience points.
- Potions are active — any active potions from the Tavern still apply.
Prizes
The diamond entry fees from all participants are pooled together and divided among the top three finishers:
- 1st Place: 50% of the diamond pool
- 2nd Place: 40% of the diamond pool
- 3rd Place: 10% of the diamond pool
Keep an ear out for the herald's announcement 15 minutes before each tournament. Tournaments fill up quickly, and the larger the field, the bigger the prize pool.
Knight Games
The Knight Games are a grand weekly competition held every Saturday. Knights pledge their swords to one of three guilds and fight for glory throughout the day. Say Knight Games to view details and join the fray.
Joining a Guild
On Friday, you may choose one of 3 guilds to represent for the upcoming games. Joining a guild costs 25 diamonds. The sizes of each guild are hidden, so you must choose based on instinct and loyalty rather than numbers.
Earning Honor
On Saturday, fight in regular battles to earn honor for your guild. Only victories count toward your guild's total — defeats are not penalized but earn nothing. The guild with the most combined honor at the end of the day wins.
Awards Ceremony
On Sunday, a grand ceremony is held to honor the victorious guild and distribute rewards:
Guild Rewards
- 1st Place Guild: Diamonds (shared among members) + gold + silver arrows
- 2nd Place Guild: Gold + silver arrows
- 3rd Place Guild: Gold only
Since guild sizes are hidden, the smaller guild sometimes has an advantage — fewer members means a larger share of the diamond prize. Choose wisely and coordinate with your allies on the Discord for the best results.
Province Battle
Every Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00, the three Orders clash in a fierce battle for control of a province. Conquering a province grants powerful bonuses to every member of the victorious Order — until the next battle. Say Province Battle to join the fray.
The Four Provinces
Four provinces rotate each week. Each one provides a unique advantage to the Order that holds it. An Order can hold multiple provinces at the same time.
| Province | Bonus |
|---|---|
| Dark Coast | 25% blacksmith discount |
| Hilllands | +10% XP gain (does not apply to hunting) |
| Swamps of Misery | 20% hunting lodge discount |
| Plague Lands | +15% gold per hour from serfs |
How It Works
Each fight costs 1 Province Coin. You can check your balance at any time by saying My Province Coins. Province Coins are earned in two ways:
- Sunday rewards — distributed based on your Order's standing from the previous battle. Losing Orders receive more coins as a catch-up mechanism (1st place: 30, 2nd place: 40, 3rd place: 50 coins).
- King's gifts — occasionally awarded after a won fight.
You can accumulate a maximum of 100 coins from battle rewards.
The Battle Streak
After winning a fight, you face a choice: secure your marks or keep fighting. If you keep fighting, your stats are reduced by 10% for each consecutive victory (up to a maximum of -80%), but you earn more marks with each win in the streak. If you lose or choose to secure, your stats reset to normal.
Special Rules
Province Battles follow unique rules that differ from regular arena combat:
- No honor is gained or lost
- Tag-team partners do not intervene
- No serf stealing
- No energy cost per fight
- Potions and consumable effects still apply
- Opponents are selected randomly from the other two Orders
Awards Ceremony
At 22:00 the battle ends and the winning Order is announced. The victorious Order holds the province and enjoys its bonus until the next Province Battle takes place.
Knowing when to secure your marks and when to push your luck is the key to Province Battle success. A long win streak earns far more marks, but one loss wipes the slate clean. Play it safe when your stats are heavily reduced.
Outpost
The Outpost is a remote frontier station that issues weekly tasks to brave knights. Complete these varied assignments to earn gold, items, and experience while testing your abilities across all aspects of the game. Say Outpost to report for duty.
Tasks
Each week, the Outpost presents you with a series of tasks spanning combat, hunting, gathering, and more. Tasks grow progressively more difficult as you advance, but the rewards increase to match.
If a particular task does not suit your playstyle, you can skip it for free and move on to the next one. Completed Outpost tasks also count toward your Achievements.
Schedule
The Outpost follows a weekly cycle:
- Friday — New tasks are posted and the Outpost opens
- Saturday — Rewards for the previous week's tasks are distributed
- Wednesday — The Outpost closes; finish your tasks before then
Any incomplete tasks when the Outpost closes on Wednesday are lost. Make sure to check in regularly and complete as many tasks as you can before the deadline.
Do not hesitate to skip tasks that would take too long. It is often more efficient to skip one difficult task and complete three easier ones instead.
Workshop
From Level 60, your knight gains access to the Workshop — a place where raw materials are transformed into powerful equipment and nourishing food. Say Workshop to enter, or go directly to the Workbench or Cooking Pot.
Getting Started
The Workshop is divided into two crafting stations: the Workbench for forging equipment and the Cooking Pot for preparing food. To learn new items, you must first acquire scrolls containing blueprints or recipes. Open your Backpack, navigate to Scrolls, and use a scroll to learn its contents.
Some advanced blueprints and recipes require a certain number of Engineering or Cooking points. You gain these points by crafting — the more you craft, the more skilled you become, unlocking increasingly powerful creations.
Blueprints
| Blueprint | Engineering Required |
|---|---|
| Thorium Arrow | 0 |
| Silver Bar | 0 |
| Throwing Axe | 10 |
| Thorium Spear | 15 |
| Scale Shield | 15 |
| Wolf Cloak | 25 |
| Dragon Saddle | 35 |
Recipes
| Recipe | Cooking Required |
|---|---|
| Apple Cake | 0 |
| Fried Mushrooms | 0 |
| Berry Stew | 0 |
| Crusty Bread | 0 |
| Resurrection Salad | 5 |
| Carrot Bread | 5 |
| Wolf Bait | 10 |
| Berry Juice | 10 |
| Small Meal | 15 |
| Dragon Meat Pie | 15 |
| Large Meal | 25 |
| Dragon Feast | 30 |
Start crafting early and often. Even simple items like Apple Cake and Thorium Arrows will raise your Engineering and Cooking points, unlocking the truly powerful recipes and blueprints over time.
Castle Garden
The Castle Garden is the bustling event hub of the kingdom. Seasonal festivities, special challenges, and a traveling merchant with exclusive wares await those who visit regularly. Say Castle Garden to enter.
Events
The Castle Garden hosts rotating events throughout the season. When an event is active, you can check the Rules to learn how it works, and the Leaderboard to see the current standings. Visit often — new events appear regularly and each one brings unique rewards.
Traveling Merchant
A mysterious merchant occasionally sets up shop in the Castle Garden, offering rare goods in exchange for Royal Medals:
The traveling merchant follows a precise schedule: she appears on day 10 and day 20 of each season, arriving at exactly 15:00 (3 PM). Her stay is limited, so visit the Castle Garden promptly when she is in town.
| Item | Cost |
|---|---|
| 2 Treasure Chests + Keys | 1 Royal Medal |
| 1 Dragon Egg | 2 Royal Medals |
| 1 Magical Clock | 3 Royal Medals |
Earning Royal Medals
Royal Medals are among the rarest rewards in Knight Manager. You can earn them by finishing in the Top 5 of a combat or hunting leaderboard at the end of a season, or by being a member of the winning Order. A maximum of 2 medals can be earned per season.
Royal Medals are extremely valuable. Think carefully before spending them — a Dragon Egg or Magical Clock can change the course of an entire season.
Fairground
Every Tuesday, the Fairground opens its gates and the great Wheel of Decision awaits brave knights willing to test their luck. Say Fairground to visit.
Wheel of Decision
Spin the Wheel of Decision for a chance at fantastic prizes. Each spin requires either a Free Ticket or costs 5 diamonds. When spinning, you choose from three intensities: Weak, Medium, or Strong. Additional tickets can be purchased through your Backpack.
Possible Prizes
What You Can Win
- Energy — can exceed your maximum energy cap!
- Items — various useful items for your backpack
- Serfs — additional workers for your kingdom
- Free Tickets — spin again at no cost
- Diamonds — the premium currency
- Combat Bonus Attributes — rare and powerful permanent bonuses
- Scrolls — very rare crafting blueprints and recipes
The Wheel features a hidden pity system: each spin that does not award a Combat Bonus Attribute slightly increases your chance of receiving one on the next spin. Persistence pays off!
Castle
The Castle is the residence of the King himself — a place of great honor that only the most distinguished knights may enter. Say Castle to approach its gates.
Gaining Entry
The Castle is not open to everyone. To gain access, you must receive a royal invitation. These invitations are granted at random to knights who have demonstrated outstanding achievements. The exact criteria remain a closely guarded secret of the Crown.
When an invitation is bestowed upon you, you will be notified. Until then, continue to prove your worth through battle, hunting, and service to your Order — the King is always watching.
Do not seek the Castle — let the Castle find you. Focus on excelling in all aspects of the game, and the royal invitation may arrive when you least expect it.
Bestiary
Deep within the realm, magical creatures roam the wilds waiting to be discovered. The Bestiary is your personal collection of companion creatures — loyal pets that accompany your knight on their journey. Say Bestiary to visit your collection.
Collecting Companions
As you explore the world of Knight Manager, you will encounter various magical creatures that can be added to your Bestiary. Each creature has its own type and traits, making every companion unique.
Caring for Your Pets
Once a creature joins your Bestiary, it becomes more than a trophy — it becomes a companion that depends on you. Each pet has five needs that you must tend to if you want it to thrive:
- Hunger — A well-fed pet is a happy pet. Let hunger drop too low and your companion will grow weak and unresponsive.
- Health — Injuries and neglect take their toll. Keep your pet in good health to ensure it stays by your side.
- Energy — An exhausted pet cannot assist you on the road. Allow it time to rest between activities.
- Mood — A cheerful companion performs better. Interaction and care keep spirits high.
- Bond — The most important measure of all. Bond reflects the depth of trust between you and your pet, and it only grows through regular, attentive care.
Say Feed Pet to offer food from your backpack. Different foods satisfy different needs — some restore hunger, others boost mood or health. Experiment with what you have to discover your pet's preferences. Pet food can be found during adventures, purchased from merchants, or crafted at the Workshop.
As your Bond deepens through daily care and attention, your pet will begin to offer greater benefits during adventures. A strongly bonded companion may aid you in ways that a neglected creature never could. The bond between knight and beast is a powerful thing — nurture it, and you will be rewarded.
Be aware that when a new season begins, all pets are reset to their base values. However, rare companions are hardier than most — they survive the seasonal reset and carry over, retaining their place in your Bestiary.
Visit your pet daily to strengthen the bond. Even a brief check-in keeps the relationship growing. A neglected pet will not forget your absence, but a well-loved one will stand with you through the darkest of battles.
Navigating Your Collection
As your Bestiary grows, you can browse through your creatures and view details about each one — names, types, and current status.
Keep your pets well-fed and pay attention to the different creature types. Building a diverse collection is a rewarding long-term goal, and some rare companions may offer unexpected benefits.
Achievements
From Season 16 onward, knights can pursue Achievements — a comprehensive system that tracks your lifetime accomplishments across every aspect of the game. With over 60 tracked stats spanning 9 categories, there is always something new to strive for. Say My Achievements to view your progress.
Categories
Achievements are organized into 9 categories. You can navigate directly to a specific category by saying its name.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Arena | Total arena victories, win streaks, honor earned |
| Wilderness | Orcs defeated, adventures completed, forest expeditions |
| Social | Gifts sent, letters written, tag team battles fought |

Tiers & Rewards
Each achievement has 5 tiers of progression:
- Bronze — An introductory milestone, reachable by most active knights
- Silver — Requires dedicated effort over several sessions
- Gold — A significant accomplishment that takes considerable time
- Platinum — Reserved for the most committed knights
- Diamond — The pinnacle of mastery, achieved only by the truly legendary
Reaching each tier unlocks a reward that may include gold, diamonds, or rare items. Higher tiers grant more substantial rewards.
Progress
Your achievement progress is tracked across your entire lifetime as a knight — stats do not reset between seasons. Every battle, every orc defeated, and every gift sent contributes to your long-term progress.
Check your achievements regularly to see which ones are close to the next tier. Often you are just a handful of actions away from a reward without even realizing it.
Weekly Events
The kingdom follows a weekly rhythm of events and activities. Knowing the schedule helps you plan your training, battles, and resource gathering for maximum efficiency.
| Day | Event | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | Hunting Tournament Day | Hourly hunting tournaments with double entry fees |
| Tuesday | Fairground | Spin the Wheel of Decision for prizes |
| Wednesday | Combat Tournament Day | Hourly combat tournaments with double entry fees |

Double Thursday is the single best day to grind experience and earn rewards. Save your energy and potions for Thursday to make the most of the doubled gains. Plan your week around it!
Additional Recurring Events
Beyond the weekly schedule, several recurring events happen on a longer cycle:
- Weekly Lottery: Every Monday at 15:00 (from Season 16 onwards). Active players are automatically entered — no sign-up required.
- Dungeon Reset: Every two weeks on Wednesday, all dungeons are reset. Boss kills and completion flags are cleared, allowing groups to challenge them again for fresh rewards.
Seasonal Events
Each season features special tournaments and themed events with unique rewards:
| Event | Approximate Timing |
|---|---|
| King's Tournament | ~mid-February / mid-August (~2 weeks) |
| Joust Tournament | ~April / October (~1 week, twice per season) |
| Trading Tournament | ~May / November (~1 week) |
| Halloween Event | Late October (~3 days) |
| Christmas Event | ~December 21–29 |
Exact dates may vary slightly from season to season. Check the Castle Garden regularly for announcements about upcoming events.
World Boss
From time to time, a creature of terrible power emerges from the shadows and threatens the entire kingdom. No single knight can hope to fell such a beast alone — it takes the combined might of every willing blade to bring the monster down. Rally your strength, sharpen your weapons, and stand shoulder to shoulder with your fellow knights.
The World Boss is a massive shared enemy whose health pool is global — every point of damage dealt by any knight chips away at the same enormous reserve of hit points. When the World Boss appears, a kingdom-wide announcement heralds its arrival, and all knights are called to arms. Your individual damage contribution is carefully tracked, so every strike you land counts toward both the collective effort and your personal standing on the leaderboard.
The boss cycles between active phases, during which it can be attacked, and inactive phases, during which it retreats and cannot be harmed. Pay attention to the timing — you must strike while the iron is hot.
How It Works
- Appearance: The World Boss appears periodically and is announced to the entire kingdom. You will hear of its arrival when you next visit.
- Active Phase: During its active window, any knight may attack the boss. Simply say the command when prompted and unleash your assault.
- Damage Calculation: The damage you deal is based on your current combat statistics — your attack power, equipment bonuses, and any active enchantments all play a role. Stronger knights will naturally deal more damage, but every contribution matters.
- Inactive Phase: After the active window closes, the boss retreats temporarily. Use this time to prepare, upgrade your gear, and rally your order.
- Defeat: When the boss’s health is fully depleted by the collective efforts of all knights, it is defeated and rewards are distributed.
Rewards & Leaderboard
A dedicated damage leaderboard tracks every knight’s total contribution throughout the fight. The mightiest combatants earn the greatest spoils, but no participant walks away empty-handed — every knight who lands at least one blow receives a base reward for their courage.
| Tier | Who Qualifies | Approximate Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| Top Fighters | Knights at the very top of the damage leaderboard | Special exclusive rewards, generous diamonds, and considerable experience |
| Active Participants | Knights who dealt significant damage | A healthy sum of diamonds and some experience points |
| All Participants | Every knight who contributed at least one attack | A base reward of gold and a small experience bonus |
Coordinate with fellow knights and time your attacks during active phases. The more consistently you strike, the higher you will climb on the leaderboard — and the richer your reward.
The World Boss is only attackable for a limited time during each active phase. If you miss the window, you will have to wait until the next cycle to deal further damage. Stay vigilant and check back often!

Items marked "Must be equipped" need to be in your active equipment slot before entering the relevant activity. Check your backpack before heading into the Dark Forest or the arena to make sure you have the right gear ready.
Backpack & Items
Your backpack holds everything you collect on your journeys — from food and arrows to rare equipment and powerful scrolls. Managing your inventory wisely is an important part of becoming a successful knight. Say Backpack to open it.
Using Your Backpack
When you open your backpack, choose a category and then select a specific item. Depending on the item type, you can:
- Equip — wear or wield equipment items
- Use — activate consumable items
- Eat — consume food items for healing or other effects
Some items are marked as Soulbound, meaning they are permanently tied to your knight and cannot be traded with other players.
Food & Poisoning
Most food items carry a risk of poisoning when consumed. Poisoning temporarily weakens your knight. However, apples and apple cake are always safe to eat. Over time, your knight builds up a resistance to poisoning, reducing the risk with repeated consumption.
Item Categories
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Food | Apples, Mushrooms, Berries, Cooked meals | Healing, stat buffs, forest survival |
| Ammo | Silver Arrows, Thorium Arrows, Throwing Axes | Hunting in the Dark Forest, fighting the Orc Captain and Dragon |
| Materials | Thorium Splinters, Wolf Pelts, Dragon Scales, Silver Bars | Crafting equipment and fulfilling blueprints |
| Equipment | Wolf Cloak, Scale Shield, Dragon Saddle, Thorium Spear | Wearable gear providing stat bonuses or unlocking abilities |
| Consumables | Free Tickets, Province Coins, Keys, Treasure Chests | Various utility items for battles, events, and unlocks |
| Scrolls | Blueprints, Recipes | Unlock the ability to craft specific equipment or food items |
Item Sets
Certain items belong to a set. When you collect and equip multiple pieces of the same set, you receive a set bonus that provides additional stats or special effects. Collecting full sets is a rewarding long-term goal for dedicated knights.
Keep an eye on which items belong to sets and prioritize completing them. The set bonuses can be quite powerful and give you an advantage that individual items alone cannot provide.
Hall of Legends
The Hall of Legends is the most prestigious honor in all of Knight Manager — a permanent monument to the greatest warriors and hunters the realm has ever known.
Immortal Glory
At the end of each season, the top 5 Arena fighters and the top 5 Dark Forest hunters are immortalized in the Hall of Legends. Their names, achievements, and season are permanently recorded, creating an enduring legacy across all future seasons.
The winning Order of each season is also recognized, honoring the collective effort of its members.
Royal Medals
Knights who earn a place in the Hall of Legends receive Royal Medals as a mark of their extraordinary achievement — among the rarest rewards in the game.
Viewing the Hall
The Hall of Legends is accessible on the website, where you can browse the complete record of legendary knights from every past season. There is no voice command for this feature — it is a website-exclusive experience.
Reaching the Hall of Legends requires sustained excellence throughout an entire season. Focus on consistent daily progress in the Arena or Dark Forest rather than short bursts.
